When fires occur continuously across the country, we need to reconsider the problem: Is the fire protection equipment business prepared to allow many fires and explosions to occur, causing damage to people and property? No matter what business we do, we need to put HEART first and fire protection needs that even more.
Does anyone remember the fire with the largest number of deaths after the fire exactly 20 years ago at the International Trade Center building (ITC, corner of Nguyen Trung Truc, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City)?
But I still remember: On October 29, 2002, that fire took the lives of 60 people. And now the largest fire since then is the fire at a Karaoke bar in Binh Duong province on September 6, 2022, which killed 32 people.
Back to some cases related to karaoke bars:
- At 1:30 p.m. on November 1, 2016, a terrible fire broke out at Karaoke bar No. 68 Tran Thai Tong Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, resulting in 13 deaths. -
In the early morning of March 23, 2018, a fire broke out at Carina Plaza apartment building (District 8, Ho Chi Minh City), killing 3 people and injuring 14 others.
- On August 1, 2022, the extremely tragic fire at ISIS karaoke bar at 231 Quan Hoa, Quan Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi killed 3 police officers while on duty.

What is the question here?
According to statistics: “On average, every year, Vietnam has about 110 people die from fires and explosions. However, the karaoke bar fire in Binh Duong alone took 32 lives, nearly 1/4 of the national average. Although Binh Duong police have initiated a case to investigate, even though there will be people responsible, the losses are irreparable and this tragic incident has sounded a warning bell about the awareness and responsibility of each citizen and business in the fire prevention and fighting business.
Have some fire prevention and fighting businesses put their “heart” into it?
The occurrence of fires and explosions is the reason for many limitations in fire prevention and fighting work. People do not fully understand fire prevention and fighting, but let me ask: Have business owners in the fire prevention and fighting service and equipment business been dedicated and given detailed instructions to customers? Or how customers buy, the business sells. The indifference and lack of care for customers has unintentionally caused many unpredictable consequences.
As a business with many years of experience, and operating in the field of fire protection. VietPhatGroup always puts the interests of customers' fire safety first, and always wishes to contribute to the value of bringing good sleep to the community and businesses through consulting on optimal fire protection system solutions with the motto "Real prevention, real treatment with real value".

According to the provisions of Article 41 of Decree 136/2020/ND-CP on fire prevention and fighting business as follows: “The head and legal representative must have a diploma or certificate of training in fire prevention and fighting knowledge and must have a business license.
- Documents of establishment or permission to operate with a tax code notification for public service units.
Individuals who have used diplomas and certificates to ensure that a facility is qualified to provide fire prevention and fighting services shall not use such diplomas and certificates to ensure that another facility is qualified to provide fire prevention and fighting services”.
The consecutive explosions have shown that business owners need to be dedicated when participating in the business of fire prevention and fighting services and equipment.
In addition, Mr. Do Ba Hung - Director of VietphatGroup recommends: "In addition to standard fire protection equipment, each person needs to equip themselves with knowledge and skills on how to use basic fire prevention and fighting equipment, and escape skills when a fire or explosion occurs" ....
