Fire protection systems are typically designed by a qualified, reputable company and are extensively tested and controlled before use.

A fire protection system is defined as a set of technologies that may be used to build a network with high connectivity and fast fire prevention and suppression. Automatic igniting and fire extinguishing systems are included.

Surface automatic fire suppression system

According to the excitation method, system control has 3 types:

The automatic fire suppression system begins by means of a conductor with a melting lock.
The automatic fire suppression system is started by the Automatic Sprinkler system.
The automatic fire suppression system starts the automatic fire alarm system."

Appraisal of the fire protection system

Fire prevention and suppression approval is a measure to ensure the safety of fire and explosion prevention for projects and constructions since it is only presented on architectural drawings."" Fire prevention and fire suppression approval results are one of the bases for competent authorities to confirm projects, design and give permits to build.

Particles of approval on fire prevention and suppression are projects, constructions and construction items specified in Appendix V of Decree 136/2020/ND-CP dated November 24, 2020.

Dossier for appraisal and approval on fire prevention and suppression is specified in Article 13 of Decree 136/2020/ND-CP dated November 24, 2020.

The content of design appraisal and approval for fire prevention and suppression design is specified in Article 5 of Decree 136/2020/ND-CP dated November 24, 2020.

Construct and installation of fire protection system

The construction and setting up of the fire prevention and suppresion systems are installed by tconstruction team with materials and equipment in accordance with the conceptual plans permitted by the fire protection police agency.

The fire protection construction unit must totally respond the construction rules in accordance with applicable laws, decrees, regulations and circulars.

Inspection and experiment of the fire protection system.

The acceptance of fire prevention and suppression specified in Article 15 of Decree 136/2020/ND-CP dated November 24, 2020 and Article 8 of Circular No. 149/2020/TT-BCA dated December 31, 2020 includes: acceptance test of each part, each phase, each item, each system and handover test;
Dossier of acceptance of fire prevention and suppression.

Result of the acceptance test:

Within ten days of receiving the completed dossier, as provided in Clause 4, Article 15 of Decree 136/2020/ND-CP. The previously approved fire protection police agency is responsible for organizing the examination and approval, as well as creating a report on the results.

One of the bases for the competent authority to give the authorization giving the permit to put the work or engine vehicle with special requirements about ensuring fire safety to use.

Regular maintenance should be performed on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to guarantee that the system is always reliable.

Periodic maintenance should be performed once a month, every three months, every six months, and once a month, every three months, every six months, and once a year as per regulation.
