Smart parking for employees

Each employee is provided with a unique magnetic stripe card or ID.

When you come to the company, check the magnetic card into the controller, the system will automatically:

• HR Attendance.
• Take photos to record the entrance history of the staff.
• Record the car in the parking lot

Visitors can just press the button to withdraw monthly card or contact security via voice intercom for support.

For company’s cars and trucks, automatic license plate recognition cameras will open the gate. In case of passenger’s cars, you will contact the security via video intercom.

ACCESS CONTROL DURING WORKING HOURS

 

 

During working hours, in case employees want to go out, have to scan the magnetic card and choose the right entry and exit purpose, the management board can completely adjust the icon according to needs: eating, cleaning, going to meetings. , smoking, personal reasons, etc.

The system will automatically send SMS / notify the foreman in case the worker goes out for more than 15 minutes and will store the information.

Report the software to the Factory Director, tracked by each worker. For example: the system will track worker A, who went out in the middle of the shift 30 times in February 2020 to smoke, exceeding the company’s regulations, and should be reminded to handle it.

ATTENDANCE – TIME ATTENDANCE – HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

When the shift begins, workers go through the tripod security gate and scan the magnetic stripe card through the machine, immediately the IP camera will take pictures and identify the workers, then it will be stored and reported.

The leader of the shift and the manager will receive the attendance report – the employee’s time attendance, signaling the workers who are late, the employee quits work and eliminating the strangers who try to get in the company.

The Board of Directors, Human Resources Department will receive a detailed report and a basis for calculating salary and bonuses for employees.
